We had the exact vehicle selected, so I showed my rep, Gene Ake, my proposal and he went to bat from there. Gene never left me for long. (I hate that.) He came back with a great deal and I was gone. We did get some extra warranty and protection as this vehicle will be our 'snowbird'. Met front office folks, Kevin and Kelli, and their fine service crew who did an 'on the spot' NYS inspection on my wife's Nissan. (Yeah, I know, it's not a Honda, now that's service!!) Everyone at Garber Honda has been so great, so friendly, and actually made me feel really special when I came in to pick up my car. But Ray went above and beyond, not only by helping me to get my dream car, but by keeping me updated on the process along the way. And when the deal went through, Ray was as excited as I was! His reaction meant so much to me...it was clear that he is not just in this business to sell cars, but to make his customers happy. Wasn't great but wasn't terrible For doing this on my own it was rather stressful. Felt kinda pushed into my new car (that was way over budget) but hopefully that feeling will pass. Annie is truly organized,, thorough, attentive, and was able to answer all my questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate her a 20. I love my 2017 Honda CRV touring edition and appreciated Annie's no pressure approach which made this a very pleasurable experience. Annie left no detail unspoken and patiently reviewed all the features of my CRV on the day of purchase. That alone was very helpful. Annie is exceptional in her job, and I would definitely refer friends to her and return to Garber for future purchases. More
