Everyone greeted me with a smile or hello and made me feel comfortable. Gina helped me immediately listening to all my questions and concerns. She provided me with thorough answers and if anything was unclear or something was unknown she promptly sought out other explanations and answers. With Gina's help, we formulated a plan to get the car ready for purchase. She contacted everyone from the rental agency to the insurance agency to ensure that my car would be ready for the planned day of purchase. She went above and beyond by being available to contact after she left the office with any late night questions. On the day of purchase, greeted by the same friendly greetings as always, I was walked honestly and thoroughly through the financing process given multiple options and information for every paper signed. The BEST automobile shopping experience in my 72 years. Yes, that's why we are here! We had aged out of our beautiful "Sparkling Rosie" truck. We loved her and used her to pull our Scamp. Time had come to scale down. Isaac Elliott introduced himself to us, He was so very helpful in talking to us how we used our vehicle and what we thought we wanted in a car. He said, "You need a Honda CRV! He showed us the CRV including all the safety, convenience, and economy advantages that come with it. And my husband loved the large back-up screen, dark blue color and wood trimmed interior. Isaac was careful to explain the whole purchasing process as we traded in "Sparkling Rosie" to a new home. When we went to pick up our new "baby," he went over each accessory's use and function. We did have a number of questions, and he explained everything to us. Our experience with Isaac Elliott and Garber was terrific. Garber's neat sales lot and tastefully, large and well-lit showroom made us feel comfortable and welcome. Bad customer service I was looking to lease a Honda Civic, and was helped by a salesman who goes by the name issac over on garber Honda on west Henrietta. He was very rude I was looking to lease a Honda Civic, and was helped by a salesman who goes by the name issac over on garber Honda on west Henrietta. He was very rude and didn't seem like he cared. All he cared about was making a sale. He ran my credit card for the down payment just to later in tell me the car couldn't be put in my name cause of a past repo. So they had to put it in my girlfriends name. So we did that and he told me since it's in my girlfriends name I could put the car on my insurance but would have to add her to my insurance..... so after I did all that he gave us the keys and let us go. I get a call couple days later from my insurance saying that we can't do that. Since the cars never her name she would have to get her own insurance cause the cars in her name....... she's already under her parents insurance so now we're at a stop. Someone needs to figure out why they let's us drive off the lot without the right information. He pretty much lied to us to get a sale and I would go as far as to sue this company if they don't figure out something More
