He’s the Rocky Balboa of salesmanship 🏆 1) His empathy was remarkable! He listened, took notes like a pro & respected every word that came out of my mouth. Literally, Re: My comfort level 🤛🏾 2k ?? ‘s for that Rocky!! 2) He is the epitome of “Man of my word”. He never came to me with fake promises whatsoever. He remained consistent with every number and held my expectations to the forefront of the entire deal. The end result was better than he initially said it would be. 3) I’m giving 3000 more stars ?? for being genuine, extremely empathic and personable! Not the fake smiles you get when you walk in some doors or when an outrageous offer is being presented lol (Not @Garber)! An actual genuine, patient & efficient 👂 salesman 👨?💼 👍🏾. A young lady yes but I can clearly notice the vast difference between the two. Last but not least. The customer service from all parts of the dealership was extraordinarily impressive! Great experience! Beautiful older vehciles available! I'm a no-hassle and easy going kind of gal. After a couple weeks of tedious researching and lack luster test driving, I was about to throw in the towe I'm a no-hassle and easy going kind of gal. After a couple weeks of tedious researching and lack luster test driving, I was about to throw in the towel until we stopped in at Garber. They had multiple used SUVs within our price range. These cars looked brand new, very impressive! Mike Driggs, our sales rep, pretty much gave us all the keys to the place, pulled the cars up in a line, and let us test drive at our leisure for a few hours. This was nice as it gave us the breathing room to check out the cars on our own with no pressure. Mike was very accommodating and patient with us. We ended up buying through Garber and picking up our new SUV the following evening. Garber took care of everything for us, all we had to do is pretty much show up and sign some forms. Garber was very accommodating with our schedules and ensured that the car would be ready for pick up based on our needs! We are planning on using Garber for all our service needs for our new vehicle! Long distance purchase. I found the perfect car for a great price at Garber Honda. The only issue was that I am in Tennessee and Garber Honda is in New York. I posed a question asking if it would be possible to make a purchase from that distance and Ginamarie got right back with me and we worked through all the issues so that I could get my car delivered.
