Poor first experience in 2016, but great one in 2018! I originally purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from Garber. The experience was okay, but the car was horrible. Never had such a bad experience with a new vehicle, but Garber did their best to help me with my issues and fix them as they came up (thanks Deb Ferra!). I had finally had enough of going back to the dealership to deal with my Civic’s issues and Kevin Parker and team really worked with me to get out of my civic and into a brand new Accord. This experience with Tim Deir, Brian Bender, and Kelli Ophardt was wonderful and I am very happy to be in a car that will hopefully be much better than my Civic. I also appreciate the entire Garber team for taking care of me and making me a satisfied customer. Thank you! More

Terrific experience with Garber Gina helped me with my search of a newer Honda CR-V. Beginning of this process was a little slow since some specifics on my wish list for a car wasn't in the parking. That didn't stop Gina from looking for what I wanted (make, model, year range, color range and budget). Her honesty and timeliness helped me test drive several cars and make an educated decision on my purchase. Brandon took care of the financing portion of my transaction. He was professional, explained options of vehicle coverage and worked with me in keeping within my budget. Both Nick and Mike took the time to introduced themselves to me while I was with Gina. Everyone I came in contact with were friendly, easy-going, knowledgable and very helpful. My future car, after a test drive, still needed to be thoroughly gone through and checked out. When I picked up the car it looked like it with practically brand new. Awesome job! I'm definitely coming back to see Gina with my son when he's ready to lease or purchase a pre-owed vehicle. More
