The 1st few visits where fine, but the sales “specialist” says oh u just need a few items, we get those items he asked for , tell us he would keep up with us he doesn’t we had to call everytime. Then it’s always In a few days we will get back to u, a few days go by and we needed more stuff and the story always changed. Then they tried selling us a car that wouldn’t suit us and our big family and kept saying it’s not bad, no it is bad it’s not what we asked for since day one. Not a happy customer I’m not getting a car from them theyre service sucks and went across the street to get my dream car for my family and was happy with the service 💯🙋🏽??? More

Eventually reached a deal As most new car buyers will attest, the process of purchasing a new vehicle is never as fun as it should (or could) be... for me, the last time I had As most new car buyers will attest, the process of purchasing a new vehicle is never as fun as it should (or could) be... for me, the last time I had to go through this process was 9 years ago, and haven't experienced the process frequently enough to know if I'm really getting a "good deal" or not. Our salesman did his best to explain the options presented to me, and was very accommodating as I sought to dial in a deal that worked best for me. The facility was nice and clean, and everyone was professional and friendly. At one point in the negotiations, there was a bit of confusion between our salesman and the sales manager that lead to a verbally misquoted monthly price & loan term (amounting to a difference of $7200), which had to be straightened out after-the-fact. Given my aforementioned aversion to the car buying process, I opted to accept the reasoning behind the communication error and stuck it out. When all was said and done, I became the proud owner of a beautiful new Ridgeline and am very happy with the vehicle. Just a word of caution for anyone looking to buy a car anywhere - always ask to see the various numbers being provided to you during negotiations in writing - this will help assure that no confusion exists when all the numbers start flying around. More
