Great experience buying a car here. We went to Garber looking for a new Honda CRV. We had an appointment and the salesman was waiting. He listened to us and found the car we were looking for. We made a deal, had the car undercoated, took care of financing and drove our car home that day. Unfortunately, through no fault of my own, my car was totalled six months later. We went back to Garber, made a great deal and drove home another new car! Great the whole way through I came to Garber Honda looking for a pre-owned vehicle. Prior to this, I had poor experience with small used car dealerships and bad luck with cars in general. Garber Honda are professional and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Annie Bochno is the salesperson who helped me find what I was looking for. She is very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Jon Black was able to get me a better interest rate than my credit union. So much so, that it left me with enough room in my monthly payment to add an extended warranty. This gave me another layer of reassurance and peace of mind considering my previous, less than lucky experiences elsewhere. If you are looking for a Honda, whether new, or pre-owned, Garber will take great care of you. More

Efficient process, great staffing We went back to Garber as our prior "pre-enjoyed" Odyssey finally moved to the wrong side of the cost/benefit curve (around 210,000 miles. Thanks, Roc We went back to Garber as our prior "pre-enjoyed" Odyssey finally moved to the wrong side of the cost/benefit curve (around 210,000 miles. Thanks, Rochester salt)--and there was no compelling reason to try a different brand. They contacted me by phone as soon as I had put out feelers on a bank loan from an unaffiliated major bank (weird?), but all the same I never had any strong sense of pushiness. At the dealership, Gina was very helpful--again without any pressure--and facilitated the sale from multiple test drives to final 'taking delivery' within an easy 48 hours. Could have been shorter if I had wanted. After closing, I went back the next day to deal with messed up washer fluid hosing that I hadn't noted on test drive, and she had the service department deal with it on the spot without batting an eyelid. Granted it was within the no-questions return period, but I do appreciate the natural advocacy after closing the deal nonetheless. All in all, a good experience, and we'll probably be back in another 10 years when this one gives out. More
