It was somewhat emotional as the trade in we used once belonged to my mother and late father. Isaac was understanding as to the emotions around this transaction. He was patient as we made our decision as to which car and what accessories we wanted and could afford. Isaac provided excellent customer service and gave us space to come to our decision. We previously leased a car with Isaac and were happy to return to Garber and Isaac knowing we would be well taken care of. Another Great Car Purchase! My wife agonizes over purchasing a new or used car... period! Always worried that she'll get something she doesn't really like or necessarily need, a My wife agonizes over purchasing a new or used car... period! Always worried that she'll get something she doesn't really like or necessarily need, and then pay too much for it. Recently, the time had come to face the fact that she needed to replace her aging car with something newer. While many of the "quality" dealerships have a professional sales staff and offer quality vehicles, reaching a equitable deal is almost always a work in progress and coming to grips with the retail value of a car, once you've settled on one, is only the first part of the process. Adding a trade-in can make things that much more cumbersome as it often turns out. After visiting a number of dealerships looking for the right new car, she was as anxious as ever and nearly ready to just keep what she had rather than to face more looking and more testing, and more pricing and more negotiating. Between cars of interest costing too much or not getting enough for her trade, she was about to give up when I suggested that perhaps purchasing a newer, certified used vehicle might be a way to go and I visited the Garber pre-owned website to look at used vehicles on their lot. I immediately found an almost new vehicle just like one we had just driven and I booked an appointment for test drive. End result is that she bought the car that same day. Sounds simple enough to most of us but for those out there who are like my wife, it takes much more to get to that point. This is where the difference is in whom you're dealing with, and this is where the Garber dealerships come into play. Understanding the customer and their needs is only the beginning to making a successful car dealership, applying what you know in an honest way and following through on your word brings success even closer. Having a sales staff that actually cares beyond just making a sale by genuinely caring about its customers and being sincerely engaged in helping them find a car that suits their needs and at a price point they not only can afford but can feel comfortable with is the mark of a quality dealership. Lets face it - every dealership can have new cars and access to quality used cars but few of them can offer that personal touch that only comes from understanding your customer and caring enough to do right by them. It takes a team of sales staff, financiers, and managers that are dedicated to that end to bring it all together, and Garber has assembled such a team. My wife is very, very happy with her choice, not only for the vehicle she bought but also for the extent the Garber team went to to get her the best deal and for how well she was treated throughout the whole process. To that end, I'd like to thank the Garber dealership for its impressive effort, overall, and specifically to those individuals who helped her along the way.
