Garber location offers Methodist Hill Rt 15 and Interstate 390 for relevant driving. We returned, discussed needs, trade-in value and the deal was done in about 90 minutes of arrival. I felt we reached a fair deal. On delivery day, Pete spent at least 30 minutes in the Passport with me, showing features and setting up my preferences and iPhone. Andy from Finance sat with me at Pete's desk and the "paperwork" was a few minutes. At pickup, I realized I forgot to include roof crossbars in my request. Peter and Andy made the pricing adjustments and got me scheduled for the next business day. Debra Ferra was my service contact and another A+. Overall a very positive buying experience. New CRV Lease 2019 I had originally leased a CRV from Garber in 2016. My lease was coming due in 5 months so I was looking to lease another CRV. My previous sales person I had originally leased a CRV from Garber in 2016. My lease was coming due in 5 months so I was looking to lease another CRV. My previous sales person was out of the office and he directed me to the sales managers, Sean & Brian . I was then directed to another sales rep, Issac Elliott. He gave me straight facts on my existing lease options, what I could expect from a new lease and showed me a new 2019 CRV that I was interested in. He did show me several cars available. He was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with his presentation. His final numbers were accurate throughout the presentation. I was actually kind of shocked they didn’t change. He had me drive the vehicle and showed me the new features. He gave me a final lease number, asked if we had a deal and a solid, strong handshake sealed the deal. Today I picked up my new lease CRV with everything completed as I had requested. Issac was a man of his word. I feel so comfortable with this man that next June as bass season opens on Honeoye Lake, I will take this man fishing and enjoy his company outside the dealership. Very good experience..... that can also be said for the financing end of the deal as well. Victoria , the sales manager came in after our handshake and provided easy to follow numbers, nicely presented so I could understand the financial side of the transaction. Explained all options very well. I was a little nervous about the finance aspect at first but she had a calming influence as we finished the deal. I have leased two Honda CRV’s with Garber since 2016.....the experience was even better the 2nd time around. I should add that the sales managers, Sean and Brian were helpful in day one of my quest to find a vehicle. I did not have to see them on day 2, pickup because Issac and Victoria had both done their jobs professionally and in a personable manner. Thank you Garber for a great car buying experience.
