I recently purchased a vehicle from Garber Chevrolet and the primary reason I purchased the car here was based on the excellent customer service I received from Eric Delee and Ralph Lenoci. They were very attentive to every question and concern I had about the vehicle, they never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable, they were timely in their responses back to me, they were honest and upfront about costs and fees. They were very professional in every aspect of the car buying experience. In searching for this vehcicle I found many vehicles of similar make, model and price throughout the state of Florida. In speaking with various dealerships throughout Florida, none matched the service I received with Eric and Ralph. In the end I narrowed the search to two very similar vehicles - one at Garber and one in south Florida. The service I received at Garber made it an easy decision where to purchase my vehicle. I am very satisfied with my experience at Garber and would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to start here. More
Following the involvement of the Dealership GM, I've overhauled my review. Other than being advised by my sales person to buy a worthless (to this point) extended warranty, my experience had been good overhauled my review. Other than being advised by my sales person to buy a worthless (to this point) extended warranty, my experience had been good up until three months ago. The service staff is always friendly and the repair pricing seems fair. Three months ago some things started happening that made me question whether I had been duped all these years. However, following a call from the GM, actions were taken to try and show me that my initial thoughts were correct about this dealership. Scott called me back and really went the extra mile to apologize for how things had gone and took steps to show me that my business was important to them. Yes, he could have been faking it but, if he was, he was effective. He seemed sincere. I try not to be someone that over reacts to one incident. As I said, it was a cumunation of factors that forced me to rethink my previously "great" rating before downgrading it. If things continue from this point on as they were before the crap hit the fan, then I'm sure my rating will eventually creep back up to "great" from the now "good" rating. But, I want to give it some time to see for sure. However, i am still upset about the $1,900 warranty I purchased. I do not think the sales person's advice was reliable but I guess there is nothing that can be done now even though we have voiced our dissatisfaction since we had a first uncovered repair four years ago. Again, if you are going to buy an extended warranty from dodge, either buy the broadest one or save your money and handle the repairs yourself. More

Chrysler Jeep Parts Manager Chuck Hopkins is without a doubt the rudest and most hostile and unfriendly person I have ever come across at a business. Went to the parts department to purchase two parts for doubt the rudest and most hostile and unfriendly person I have ever come across at a business. Went to the parts department to purchase two parts for my daughters Jeep (I am a lifelong Jeep owner) and was greeted by Hopkins who did not say hello as you would anyone, but said "what do you want"! When I told him the part I was there for he became rude and aggravated stating he never heard on the part and did not know what I was talking about. He continued to be verbally rude and hostile as I attempted to provide him with the TSB number and explain the reason for the part, which is a patch cable for intermittently working gauge cluster (a nationally known issue with my daughter’s year Jeep, thus the reason for the TSB bulletin and part). He stated he had been with Jeep since 1991 and never heard of any issue like what I was stating. After several minutes of apparently wasting his time he found the part and issue that he first stated did not exist. You would think at this point he would at a minimum apologize, but no. I advised him I need another part, once again he huffed and puffed and said "then tell what it is". I advised him of the part I was looking for and attempted to explain where it was located and he actually threw his hands up, shook his head and looked at me like I was an idiot wasting his time. I remained calm, asked him to order the first part. I said thank you for your help and he turned his back. The fact that this is the kind of person that Garber puts into a management position is concerning, especially since the parts and service department is the backbone of any dealership. I will not purchase my next Jeep, which I had planned to do or parts at this dealership due to this. More
It was very difficult for me to travel to physically see cars during my selection process, however Garber Automall made me feel very comfortable about the vehicle I was interested in, and answered all of my cars during my selection process, however Garber Automall made me feel very comfortable about the vehicle I was interested in, and answered all of my questions over the phone in a way that allowed me to feel at ease with my decision to purchase the vehicle. Then, Garber Automall drove the vehicle to me for the final inspection and purchase. The car, which was 5 years old, was exactly as described and in perfect condition. I couldn't be more happy with the car and the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. More
