The price we paid was very fair and Ms. Harris took particular note of our needs and took care of them. I have severe mobility problems. She brought the car up to the building under the canopy to make it easier on me. The whole experience reaffirmed my decision to deal with Garber. They are indeed exceptional. Hello, My names Anthony Whitlow, I chose Garber Automall, because they have all the car dealerships in one at one location. The next day I see the Garber Automall, tv. commercial with Ron Harris, and all the because they have all the car dealerships in one at one location. The next day I see the Garber Automall, tv. commercial with Ron Harris, and all the sales team, parts team, and rest of the staff. Well I really needed a vehicle because I was getting tired of having to share a vehicle with my family. So my mother and I when't to the Garber Automall, in green cove springs, a young cute blond girl comes outside and asked me was I looking to buy a vehicle, I told her I was just looking around and would like some info. on a few different vehicle. she then tells me her name (Emily Harris) and that she works in the Sales Team. She go's and get's a few different keys for me so that I could see the vehicles, in the lot. After looking at a few different cars / trucks we go inside to talk business on me buying a vehicle from Garber Automall, well I didn't have much credit, because of school lone's, so Emily, gives me one of her business cards and tells me to come back in a few days. So I shake hands with Emily, and then we departed ways. The next day I get a call from 904-264-2442 asking for a Anthony Whitlow, I said this is me, The girl on the phone said Hello, Anthony, this is Emily, from Garber Automall, would you be able to come back in sometime today. I said yeah, so she said I got you approved in a "Brand New" 2013 Chrysler 200 LX Black on Black, with Bluetooth, touch free raido, and ect. I told her that I would come up after I had got done with a police meeting, at the Orange Park Town Hall, she said ok, that's perfect I've got to run over to the other building anyway and get the car ready for you. I said ok. then said Thank you, and see you in about a hafe hour - hour. So the time came and my meeting was over, My mother and I when't up to Garber Automall, to pick-up my new Chrysler 200, LX Black on Black, with all the nice / great fetches in the car... I get to the Garber Automall, and me and Emily, meet again she shows me the car, and I really like it. Its a great looking and very clean ride. So Emily, Me and my mother, go in to the building to just finish up the paperwork on the car she gives me my first set of keys then a few minute later the second set, I then go over to the other building and talk with her brother Ron T. Harris III, on the last few papers, when I was all done and ready to go I thanked everyone and even gave that beautiful blond headed girl Emily, a big Hug, and thanked her once again. Then when't on my way. I came back the next day to hand out thank you letters to everyone that helped me get this awesome looking car. I even bought a small thank you gift for Emily Harris, because she was really nice and she helped me get a great looking ride. I am going to recommend Garber Automall to everyone I meet and talk too. My husband and I were looking to buy a new truck and went to Garber to check out what they had and what kind of deal we could get. I have to say we were very pleased! This was my 3rd time buying a car and it was the most pleasant. I used to think buying a car took forever and a day but not at Garber. Now choosing a car might take all day with there wide selection and many options to choose from. No pushy salesman or super high price. The price of the car is exactly the price you'll pay. I always do my research and bargain shop. At Garber you will almost always come out cheaper. I think its because the it has no other dealership next door for competition so they're able to keep there honest prices. Yes its a ways away but its worth the drive. I live in Orlando, Fl and I would still drive 2 hours plus to buy a car from this dealership simply because of the hospitality and the price of the vehicles. More

He was an exceptionally good listener and responded to everything we desired. He didn't try to force on us what he thought we ought to have. He took plenty of time on both occasions we saw him, even staying quite late, without making us feel that we were hurting him. He spent plenty of time making sure we understood all we should know about the vehicle. Before that, he did the best he could at giving us what we wanted and still satisfying our financial requirements. He was not pushy in any way. He was a top salesman without making us feel that we'd been sold. We're thinking about changing our 30-day return date because we realize it is scheduled on a Wednesday and that is his day off. It'd be nice to see him again. More
