I had, the night before, talked to a sales consultant at both dealerships and explained my plan for the next morning. Both consultants were very convincing however Mr. Cavas was available at the time I needed and gave me the most re-assurance that he could get the car I needed. I had actually planned to visit both car dealerships regardless. Because Mr. Cavas did a thorough job of explaining all the details of the cross over vechicles and took the time to allow me to drive several, with different features, I decided that it was not necessary to go anywhere else. Because of Mr. Cavas's professional manner, courtesy, and determination to find the model I needed, quickly, the deal was done.
