My husband and I set an appointment at 6:30 pm to discuss a new car purchase/lease. The sales person was willing to stay beyond the time of closing two different nights to help us with our need and purchase a new car purchase/lease. It turned out a used car was a better deal for us and he took us to that building and walked around to help us find the car that met our needs and desires. He wasn't pushy and was very helpful. I had a 2007 Toyota Tundra that started giving ne problems, I took it to the repair shop to find out what the problem was and the gentlemen gave me a 3500 repair price along with having to get a rent problems, I took it to the repair shop to find out what the problem was and the gentlemen gave me a 3500 repair price along with having to get a rental for the week it was going to be in the shop. I said the xxxx with that and started searching on the internet. I received a call from Al that afternoon about my website inquiry and told him I was looking for a truck. The wife and I drove out that afternoon met with Al; went out on the used vehicle lot. Al was extremely helpful and we had the poor guy running back and forth for keys Long story short I ended up purchasing a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 with 1487 miles. This was used? He explained that the gentlemen that bought the truck brought it back for a bigger truck. Needless to say after driving it down the road it was a done deal. The Manager was very fair on the trade for my old truck. Al is a very personable, friendly and helpful guy and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. I would say start to finish after agreeing on the price the whole process took about 2 hours and that is including the other trucks i test drove. When it comes time to replace the wifes Hyundai we will be back. i hope the service department is as great as the rest of the folks out there. Thank you again Al! More

He truly took his time on a Friday night to get access to all the different vehicles I was wanting to test drive. He was not pushy about any one kind and worked the deal all the way to the end. I now have no reason to go anywhere else when its time to purchase my next vehicle. More
Kenneth Janelle was a no pressure salesman, he let me make my own decision and when the dealership did not have exactly what I wanted he showed me something else that might work as well if not better.
