A NEW JEEP OWNER!!!! Like making any big purchase it took a little bit of time but it's always nice to have one to chat with to get that time flying. We actually went in looking for something different but after going over budget plans and getting the most out of our money we are glad to have come out with our new jeep patriot!!!!! Financing was a breeze which is awesome because my credit wasn't the best but they worked and found the best loan for my wife and I. When my husband and I walked onto the Ford lot at Garber Automall, Chuck was there to greet us with a warm smile and a handshake. I loved his "no pressure" approach. At first we thought we wouldn't buy for 3 months, but I never sensed that Chuck was going to give us anything less than A+ service - no matter our time frame. It turned out that we bought a new Ford Fusion Hybrid just a week later and Chuck helped us "hunt down" the exact vehicle and options that we needed. He stayed diligent looking for exactly what we wanted, helped us through the entire buying process, and even personally drove me home when I dropped our car off for a window tinting. He is the best sales person at Garber and the main reason I would do business at Garber Automall again in the future. Highly recommend! More
