Buying my 2016 F150 I went in to order a new truck with a list of things I wanted on the truck. Mark was very helpful in going over the addition to the normal items. Excellent customer service I needed to have my car serviced and had both of my kids with me. I was told at the dealership that it would only take maybe an hour to fix the issue I needed to have my car serviced and had both of my kids with me. I was told at the dealership that it would only take maybe an hour to fix the issue. After about two hours of waiting I was told that it might take all day. Chris offered to give me a loaner car to use. If it wasn't for him I would've had no way of getting home that day. It ended up taking them three days to fix the issue. Thank you Chris. More
