WASTE OF TIME I'm in the market for a jeep grand cherokee & contacted Michelle at garber & over a couple weeks of communication I scheduled an appointment to come l I'm in the market for a jeep grand cherokee & contacted Michelle at garber & over a couple weeks of communication I scheduled an appointment to come look at a specific vehicle. I told Michelle prior to coming that I'd have to trade my car on and had been offered 9k from a dealer & 11 from private party for my 2006 pontiac gto with 10300 miles (kelly blue book around 11-12k) and that I would need more in order to be able to get the new vehicle. I was also told I would receive a gas card if I drove out there and couldn't come to an agreement within a reasonable offer since it was a 50 min. Drive one way for me. I get out to the dealership & I don't even get to meet with the Manger like I was told instead "moose" attempted to help me. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and he pulled it up and pushed over a hard copy of the vehicle with a price of 42,00 while the online price was 40,000. Immediately this thru up a red flag & after confrnoting them with the internet ad he proceeded to take my phone to the back to show the manager and after deliberation they admitted they made a miatake. Crazy they don't know the price of there own vehicles to me or they are trying to over charge, but anyways I told them what I was looking to spend & we got to the trade in & he entered my info. Into the computer & told me after he talked to the manager they would give me 5-6k for my car which is a complete rip off since I have a brand new clutch & components in the vehicle as well as an Ls2 motor. Anyone who knows about cars know this is a rip off. The kelly blue book value is from around 9-11k for trade in value. I was told they would buy it for the price they could sell it at the auction. I immediately was outraged & told them I wasn't interested in doing business there & asked for my gas card since I offered 37k for the vehicle & they tried to not give me any gas card but I told them I'd jist leave a review to let everyone know about my experience which they then decided they would put some gas in my car with a can from the lot; when I told them my car required fuel grade of 91 or above he told me "well all have is 87 I can put that in there". It's a well known fact my engine requires premium gas. Worst car experience ever! Tried to contact Michelle to let her know about my experience after visiting there,left several voicemails & they haven't returned my call! If you think this sounds enjoyable then shop at garber! Nicest Car Salesman in town - Luis Mata I purchased a Chevy Trax from Luis Mata at Garber Auto Mall. He was the second of many salesmen that I spoke with and in all honesty, the only one th I purchased a Chevy Trax from Luis Mata at Garber Auto Mall. He was the second of many salesmen that I spoke with and in all honesty, the only one that didn't try to push me into purchasing a car. He showed me what he had, went over all of the features with me, and when I told him I liked it, but I really wanted to look at both a Mazda and Kia before making a decision he told to go ahead and go look at them, but I was wasting my time and I would be back....and he was right. Although I liked both the Mazda and Kia, it was really about having someone sit down and talk with me, go over figures, interest rates, loan options, etc. For me, the main reason I purchased my Chevy Trax over the other two vehicles I liked was Luis Mata and he was really easy to talk to and work with. Had it not been for Luis and the "other guy" at Kia being kind of a jerk, I don't know that I would have purchased a Chevy, but I'm glad I did. More

While waiting for our GMC truck service to be completed, my wife and I strolled through the used car lot to look at a few models we were interested in for our "future" purchase. Zach immediately greeted us and offered to assist with any questions we might have. He stated that the 2012 Ford Edge SEL we were standing next to was being offered at substantial discount off the sticker price, which ended up being about half the MSRP of a new one similarly equipped. After a test drive and a thorough inspection we were very interested in buying the vehicle, so Zach introduced us to Michael Marcolini who quickly finalized the financial transaction. Michael also helped us get a four year bumper-to-bumper warranty on the used vehicle. The entire process was smooth and professional. Zach also took good care of us after the sale by detailing the car, and having some minor repairs taken care of. There were a few repair items that needed to be addressed that we discussed before the sale was finalized. Zach promised to take care of all of them... and he did. Sold me a piece of junk Took 2015 Chevy for a test drive, it never shut off once. I called the dealership they said bring it in Monday, they didn't say a thing about the start/stop system. When I brought it in Monday then they told me. I told them I didn't want the car, they told me sorry your stuck with it. This car skips while your driving it, the transmission is clunky and you never know when it is going to shut off , sometimes it's everytime you stop, sometimes not, and it's not good on gas.When I took it in for service they tell .me it's all normal. It's JUNK!!!!!!!!! Also i called GM, there answer was"we can't help you but we will make sure the dealerships start telling people about the start/stop system. They don't tell you because they know you won't want it and they know how to set it where it won't shut off while you test drive it. My salesman's name was Chris who would not even talk to me when I brought the car back because he knew he had duped me into this piece of junk. GM should be sued. More
