Friend vs Salesman Over the years (more than Mark or I like to admit to) I have had several dealings with Mark Montgomery. He not only located what I needed but he personally drove the truck form Green Cove Springs to Neptune Beach to deliver the vehicle. That is the above and beyond service that I have enjoyed over the years. In my opinion you can't beat that level of customer concern. Mark Montgomery lives and breathes concern for his customers. He is also a fine Christian man who lives the Christian principles in his dealings with his fellowman - customer or friend. I went out of town when it arrived and he keep it in the showroom so it was protected. He showed me how to fold down the seats, sync the phone, use the satellite radio, and unlock the vehicle (I locked myself out on day 5 Satuday). Now, that is going the extra mile for his customer. Excellent experience untill last 30 minutes of the day Shannon was a extremely helpful, patient and as nice as any person could be. He walked me through all the interior options and gadgets. He even took my phone call on his day off to answer my additional questions.He helped me to order additional options including side step rails, sprayed in bed liner, additional key and toolbox. I couldn't have been more happy and had a better experience until the last 30 minutes of the day when they brought me my truck after installing the toolbox and I found the "technician" had installed with the bolts upside down and sticking up so that you would have cut yourself and been unable to use the two side tray. The Service Manager corrected the situation immediately and extremely apologetic about the poor installation. Overall I am extremely happy and excited to own my truck from Garber Chevy Mall. More
