Drove 40 minutes for my 1st appointment with this brand new Jeep and was informed that the website does not work to make appointments, that they have been trying to get it taken down for a long time. Then I was informed that the computer systems are down and they are not sure when they will be back up, so they look up my information to schedule, plus the oil changes are booking weeks out. The two advisors did not seem to care or were willing to help out. It is not the customers fault that the online appointment system does not work. I confirmed for an appointment and the advisors stated there is nothing they can do. If I could provide negative stars I would or even zero, but it is making me mark a star at a minimum. BEWARE, they do a great service pitch during the sales process, but everything changes. There will be negative posting everyplace I can find to post. They did not even have business cards for Managers phone number. More

I had no choice but to get a car because my rental policy expired in 2 days. I really thought I wouldn't be able to be financed because nothing had been settled yet with my previous vehicle. We explained the whole situation to Shannon Roy. He was a god send in getting me placed in a car, and not even the one I thought I would have to get. He got me in an even Better 2016 Chevy Malibu Premier. Him and Mike were awesome. Even got me financed at a much lower APR than I have ever been able too.
