When I told them I did not need financing, just wanted to come to an agreement on price Carlos kept pushing for credit info. As I stood up to leave expressing my displeasure in their process, the Sales Manager, Zach yelled across the showroom floor that my offer was not good enough. Great customer service skills! AVOID THIS DEALER!!! My problem was with Garber Automall Dodge. I was at the finance portion of the deal when they began to ask for more money. The sales department and myself agreed on a price and it was changed at the last moment when I was about to pay for the truck. I recommend people to go somewhere else. Your hopes will be raised and then destroyed at the end. The problem was with the sales department and the lack of understanding of their own products. I am also military and have passed the word along to stay away from this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, AVOID GARBER AUTOMALL!!!! More
