All I wanted was a yes or no on whether or not my offer was accepted. Instead they wanted to get my credit info before I could find out about my offer. When I told them I did not need financing, just wanted to come to an agreement on price Carlos kept pushing for credit info. As I stood up to leave expressing my displeasure in their process, the Sales Manager, Zach yelled across the showroom floor that my offer was not good enough. Great customer service skills!
