Service pulled a sensor plug to make an engine light and trs I went to get an oil change. ( Outraageous price). Tina tried to sell me a $1000 service. I am a 73 year old woman. There was no reason to unplug the sensor for an oil change More

Don't stand behind the product they sell I bought a brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade here that turned out to be a lemon and could have killed someone. The buying process was fine, but the true test of a dealership is how well they handle all aspects of the products they sell. As of this writing, I am still owed about $2000 and Garber are the ones that are to handle this process. I have called and emailed many times and the response I get is that they have nothing to do with it when Mopar, Jeep and Ally all tell me differently. After 3 hours of calls to Mopar, Jeep, Ally and getting the same response I called Garber and was told sorry, nothing we can do, bye. They have people that should know what this process entails and are able to get what appears to be a simple task completed, but I get nothing. This is unacceptable, the fact that all I did was buy a car and get treated like I am a lying criminal. Shame on all businesses that feel they can treat consumers in whichever way it suits them and not standing behind the product they sell. More
