last time i ever buy chevrolet again i bought my last 3 chevrolet silverados from this dealership but this was the last time venessa my sales person never got back to me when i called her i bought my last 3 chevrolet silverados from this dealership but this was the last time venessa my sales person never got back to me when i called her excuses were my cell phone broke i got replaced but no history on new phone i called dealership line left messages her finally called back only with more excuces .zac the sales manager lied to me about paint and protection i purchased on my 2015 trade in but i found my original paperwork and he denied it also when i trade which is usually every 3 years i tell sales rep i want everything on my new truck that was on my trade in well 2 things were not included and when i approched zac and venessa there responce was those were add on s and if i wanted them again i would have to pay for them . i contacted chevrolet and filed a complaint but of course they said since i signed the aggrement the time limit had expiured and could not resolve the complaint well chevrolet and garbor espically lost a lifrtime buyer beacuse of less than quality personal and a problem which would have cost less than a thousand dollars to fix and keep a coustermer happy I DO NOT recomend this dealership to anybody anymore . More
