Bill found us exactly the car we wanted! We had already decided we wanted a used Dodge Journey. Spent many hours on-line with used car websites and making phone calls only to hear the vehicl We had already decided we wanted a used Dodge Journey. Spent many hours on-line with used car websites and making phone calls only to hear the vehicle we were interested in had already been sold. My wife suggested we go to Garber's and see if they could locate a Journey with the options we wanted. I thought dealerships probably spent that kind of effort only for new-car sales, but we went anyway. Spoke first to John Margaritis, the used car manager, and asked if they did searches for used cars. He said yes, they could do that and introduced us to salesman Bill Case. We gave Bill our list of "must haves" and "like to haves." He said he'd do his best and get back with us. It took a couple of weeks, but one day he called and said, "I have your car!" We went to look and sure enough, he had our car...every single requested option, right down to the color! I know I could never have accomplished that myself with on-line searching. We're very happy with the car and owe that to Bill and John! More
