Top in Class in Customer Service and Leadership When I contacted Garber Bay Road, I didn't expect the level of Customer Service that I received. Mr. Craig Laferriere was the epitome of Professional When I contacted Garber Bay Road, I didn't expect the level of Customer Service that I received. Mr. Craig Laferriere was the epitome of Professional Customer Service with outstanding Leadership skills. Not a combination you usually find. I was extremely impressed with Mr. Laferriere and his knowledge and leadership. I've never had such an enjoyable car buying experience ever. He wasn't pushy as most salesman. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and went out of his way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. I will go to no one else from now on for vehicles except Garber Bay Road, and I will be requesting Mr. Laferriere as my personal consultant. 10 stars for Mr. Laferriere and Garber Bay Road. I love my Nissan Sentra! More
