I worked with Mike Pitzen for the purchase of my 2023 Ram 2500. It was a remarkably easy, effectual and pleasant process. Mike worked with me via text/email to handle a majority of the purchase electronicall 2500. It was a remarkably easy, effectual and pleasant process. Mike worked with me via text/email to handle a majority of the purchase electronically--getting my military discount, family and friends discount control number usage and applying for and completing the finance process, etc. This was fabulous because it minimized the requirement for me to take time out of my workdays. The longest part of the purchase was me getting insurance over the phone to drive off the lot, and that was on me. I felt bad because I held Mike past his normal close of business time. But despite that, Mike and the Garber team remained chipper and ensured I knew they were happy to stay to complete the purchase of the vehicle. I appreciated that immensely. Mike even walked me out to the truck and gave me a 30-minute demo of every function of my new RAM. I'm a huge fan of competence and the ability to do one's job with a sense of urgency while also maintaining accuracy. Mike P. impressed me with his ability to hold a timeline, communicate very quickly, and respond to any and all questions with accurate information in rapid fashion. Awesome.
