I have been a loyal Nissan owner for many years, and always left the dealership very happy. This last time was a miserable experience. I got the full court press to NOT buy my lease and was strongly enc always left the dealership very happy. This last time was a miserable experience. I got the full court press to NOT buy my lease and was strongly encouraged to buy a new vehicle. After many many broken promises and no follow up after six weeks of headaches I returned and DID buy my lease still with opposition from the staff. I don’t know what’s going on but I am very disappointed in the Garber staff. This will be my last vehicle rom them. More

Big miscommunication on appointment, extremely expensive. Couldn't waive the diagnostic fee ($180) even after paying the $792 bill for burned out license plate light. Was still leaking, was not cleaned off, was not tightened correctly and the new nuts on the fittings were stripped because the mechanic evidently used the wrong size wrench.
