My wife and I went to this dealership looking for a new vehicle. There weren't many Traverses to look at around our area. These guys suck. They try n stall out a purchased warranty in order for me to pay out of pocket. Then they charge my card for no reason, forcing me to dispute it at the bank n get a new debit card. warranty in order for me to pay out of pocket. I've taken my vehicle in 3 times to this shop with the same issue every time n they tell me it's a solenoid. my vehicle still shifts hard. word of mouth is huge when it comes to owning a business. This dealership is full of typical salesmen. I stayed in contact with Rich, the guy who sold me my 2016 equinox. Almost the entire time i was having shifting issues and eventually electrical issues.
