I had a great experience with Garner. I was a long time Christenson customer until 2018. I was looking to upgrade my Equinox and had to deal with the a very rude and pushy salesman. I left and bought my cu Christenson customer until 2018. I was looking to upgrade my Equinox and had to deal with the a very rude and pushy salesman. I left and bought my current equinox from Smith. I came back to the now Garber to get that Equinox serviced and had a very pleasant experience. Kevin and Jim were extremely kind and generous. They even offered me a ride home after I underestimated the wait time. So overall it was a great experience and I will definitely go back to Garber when it comes time to upgrade my Equinox . More

Not a great experience. Charged me $100 to tell me something I already knew. Kept the car all day despite not fixing anything. I have an extended warranty, but was unable to verify (my mistake, I thou something I already knew. Kept the car all day despite not fixing anything.
