The service department was great. They were all very nice and able to fix the problem that day by running and getting the part. The only bad thing is that I was asked to leave my truck but with no loaners av and able to fix the problem that day by running and getting the part. The only bad thing is that I was asked to leave my truck but with no loaners available that is not reasonable. The one thing I am very unhappy about is having to bring my truck in for service. I have a 2018 Silverado with only 10,000 miles on it and the ac and heat already went out. They had to replace the whole modular. How does that happen on a new truck. I've bought my last 3 new trucks from that dealership and with this current issue it scares me to think what will go out next or whats the next problem going to be. More
