I needed some collision work done on my 2018 GMC Sierra.Stopped in and talked to Joe Bortz. Joe ordered the parts and when the parts arrived repairs were completed in one business day. I don’t have any faith in your service dept. they supposedly fixed two warranty items and then wanted to charge me to fix them again. In the end they did not charge me. I shouldn’t have had to get up supposedly fixed two warranty items and then wanted to charge me to fix them again. In the end they did not charge me. I shouldn’t have had to get upset. They broke my windshield. I don’t know how. It took ten weeks to get it replaced. I did get a courtesy car and after requesting it, I was reimbursed for my gas. I drive a volt and rarely buy gas. When I got my car back the check engine light was on. They had created a new problem. I sat in the waiting room from 1:00-5:30. I wasn’t warned it would be so long and I wasn’t offered a ride home. Then was informed I had to bring the car back. I think I’m finished with Garber. I will say Charlene was always pleasant to work with. No problems with her. More
