Ric was AWESOME both on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment for a Recall and when I arrived! He made it convenient for me and assured me all would be taken care of! He even had my tire schedule an appointment for a Recall and when I arrived! He made it convenient for me and assured me all would be taken care of! I drop my truck for the second time because my radio is short circuiting and changes channels on it own pick up and drop my blue tooth connect. When i picked up my truck the first time they said they repla short circuiting and changes channels on it own pick up and drop my blue tooth connect. When i picked up my truck the first time they said they replaced a part and everything was fixed. That wasn’t the case. Now they are telling me the part is back ordered and they don’t know when it will be available. How did you fix it the first time if the part isn’t available? What am i supposed to do because my hands free doesn’t work. It’s illegal to drive while on the phone. They never offered me a loaner until the part comes in More
