Ordered part with reward points. Fast getting part.(next day). Asked service about install since I was there. They got it right in. Took a few minutes longer than expected but not that long. The only concern I had while waiting in lounge area I noticed a lot of employees walking by WITHOUT mask. I wear a mask because I am concerned for others. I felt the employees didn't care about me or others. I just stay away because I value my health and don't want to be exposed to Covid. More

Went to get an oil change and also had a problem with my Malibu. Went to the collision department and was met by Joe. He took care of my car issue immediately.
