I ordered a rear mat for my vehicle as I wanted to use some of my points on a voucher. When I came in I was told I had to go through service and ticket be generated. This process took 45 minutes for somet some of my points on a voucher. When I came in I was told I had to go through service and ticket be generated. This process took 45 minutes for something that should have been 5. I contacted corporate and they stated it should have been a simple pick up. Perhaps they were mistaken, I'll call them again to follow up. The staff was polite and professional so this does not really reflect on them, more on the poor process in place. Frankly I could have saved time and money by ordering the same exact part online. More

Disappointed that two GM complimentary oil changes on my 2018 Silverado never came up until my third service appointment.
