So my son and I spent 2 days looking for a cat for him and had many experiences with different dealers and then decided to go to Garber. When we walked in we were nicely greeted by Mr Walker we sat down h and had many experiences with different dealers and then decided to go to Garber. When we walked in we were nicely greeted by Mr Walker we sat down he looked up the cat we were there for and it was sold we didn’t think we would find anything else because nothing was catching our eye on top of the fact that we were very tired from our previous 2 day search. Mr Walker went the extra mile to show us Inventory that was in our price range and pull it out so we could get in it and check it out to our surprise we actually really loved the very first car and it was also in our budget finally our search was over thanks to Mr. Walker He was very nice he got me coffee that I very much needed at the time he made sure that the car had a little extra things we needed in it and wanted in it. My experience at the dealership started out terribly when I came in 11/22. Worked with Ricardo and could barely understand anything he was saying because he was mumbling the entire time. To make it even more I came in 11/22. Worked with Ricardo and could barely understand anything he was saying because he was mumbling the entire time. To make it even more frustrating, he was more concerned with whomever he was texting with than helping me and explaining the things he should have. When it came down to signing papers, there were other programs that I would be paying almost $1700 extra for that he never mentioned at all. Maybe if he would have put his phone down and actually gave me the time and consideration that is warranted when I am purchasing a vehicle, he wouldn't have neglected to mention things he should have. By the end of everything I felt extremely frustrated and felt like I couldn't trust anything that Ricardo has said up to this point, so I left without getting the vehicle I wanted. The next day I received a call from Angie who talked me into coming in and working with a different person. Thankfully Kevin came in and saved the day! He actually gave me his time of day and explained everything in depth as well as walking through all of the aspects of the car. It was such a night and day difference from Ricardo to Kevin. I wish my experience would have started with Kevin instead of someone who was more concerned with their cellphone than anything else. Thank you Kevin! More
