I came into Garber originally looking at a 2019 Traverse. Decided to go with a 2022 Traverse. Mason was very helpful and I appreciate his hard work to get a deal done. The only reason a deal didn't get done is because the sales manager Haz. While negotiating the price of the vehicle, I was given the line "We are a one price store". Last I checked, Garber is not CarMax. If you want to be a one price store, you should probably post that on your website or in the showroom. Not to mention, I would have had to pay for a $1700 protection package that was added to the vehicle without my consent. I am very disappointed to not have been able to buy the vehicle from Mason but I didn't appreciate how the deal was handled. More
