First car purchase with Bill. It went better than I could imagine. Had already looked at cars I was interested in online and before I came Bill already knew of any other cars that matched what I was looking imagine. I went with the first Blazer AWD I test drove & am incredibly happy with the experience. For buying my first car I did not feel ‘sharked’ I felt 100% in the right hands with Bill. You want the no BS, let’s get you what you want type of salesman & that is him. Andre from the finance dept was also great to work with and went through all the paperwork in a detailed, yet prompt manner. Bill & Andre both answered all my questions. Very bad communication and I paid 1600 for a service and my car is still doing the same thing for which I explained to the service agent from the beginning. First of all he didn’t understand or did not writ my car is still doing the same thing for which I explained to the service agent from the beginning. First of all he didn’t understand or did not write down correctly what I said and called me to give me the incorrect diagnosis, after I had to explain to him that what he said had nothing to do with what I took the car for, and he called me back the next day to say he misunderstood what I said and now said it may be something else, not only did I have to pay 99 for the first diagnosis, I had to pay another 164.95 for a second one since my car was there for like 7 days... unacceptable service for my first time taking my car there.. and I was recommended this place More
