Friendly and courteous personnel I brought in my 2012 Impala for a problem that I had been experiencing for several years now. No one could diagnose this problem until today. Similar problems with other Impalas are posted all over the internet. I believe this should have been a recall issue from Chevrolet. Problem seems to be solved as of today but at the tune of $600 out of my pocket. A little tough for someone that has been unemployed over a year. The next thing you know he pulls it into the showroom...out of the cold 😁. He was to the point on what he needed to get for the vehicle (which was exactly what we were gonna offer), threw in an oil change, detailing, full tank of gas, rotating tires and an extra remote start fob! Was searching online for a GM Certified vehicle. I found one I liked and requested a price quote and additional information. Received a voicemail from Jim letting me know he emailed me a quote and to call i one I liked and requested a price quote and additional information. After reviewing the quote, which was $1100.00 less than the price listed, I proceeded to check the KBB listing as well as the Edmunds TMV( true market value)to see if it was a fair price. I decided to submit an offer to see if I could get an even better price. Although Jim would come down any lower, I felt that I was getting a fair deal with the features the vehicle has. I had been dealing with Alex through e-mail and decided to drive over to the dealership to test drive the car. I had been looking for several months for a car and had done enough research I decided to buy the car right then even though Alex understood if I wanted to sleep on it. There website also says there are no hidden fees, only the doc fee of $149.00 and the sales tax. I was expecting administrative fees and dealer prep fees to be added to pad the profit, but that didn't happen. I had a great experience with this dealership. More
Been going to Christenson Chevy service Department for the last couple years. The three Srevice counter rep's. Jeff, Jay, & Vince bend over backwards to help you in any way they can. Some of the service tech's are hit or miss but the Rep's do everything they can to make your visit a positive experience. I not only bring my personal vehicle there for service but I also bring my work vehicle there for maintenance. They have corrected a lot of screw ups that thier local counter part repairs shops messed up. Live and learn. More
I went to Christenson, asking if they had any vehicles under $6000. The saleperson took us into their facility and said he would see what he could find. I asked "How many miles is on it" not wanting to waste his time in case I was not interested, and the sales person snapped and said, "That's why we our bringing it around". I walked out and will never go back. More
