If au had not had my mind set for the CAR, I definitely would have taken my business elsewhere!! The whole experience was terrible!! Not to mention I already had a car loan through the Credit Union . They asked could they go one place for inquiry to maybe get a lower interest and they did 5 different inquiries and really took my credit that I try so hard to keep up down 50 points!! Nice people but $135 for oil change tire rotation and cab air filter was a little pricey I think.
