I felt I was swindled. I had my vehicle towed in to the service department. After a long diagnostic I was told there was an extensive amount of work needed on my car. I asked the adviser to prioritize and service department. After a long diagnostic I was told there was an extensive amount of work needed on my car. Paid 9.97 for a part and 690 dollars for labor alone car not running. Labor rates are truly ridiculous More

The team replaced my battery and performed an oil change. They inspected my new tires but said they did not require rotating as only 2500 miles have only been driven. They did an excellent job!
