I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ on 12/11/2023 from Garber Chevrolet that was defective off the lot. The heated seats indicator lights were not working at all and the HVAC was having issues. Drove from Garber Chevrolet that was defective off the lot. The heated seats indicator lights were not working at all and the HVAC was having issues. Drove 150 miles to take back for to fix and they could not fix and would not take responsibility that they had not caught this issue on pre-delivery check and delivered a defective vehicle. Have not been informed if this can be fixed and when. Told them I wanted to return and their best answer was trade me out of vehicle for $10K to fix their problem. My sales person was helpful but management refused to deal with the issue. Sales manager, Service manager and Manager Partner were all made aware. This was escalated to GM customer service 9-11509107223 and they indicated there was not a fix available.They indicated Garber indicated it was a sales issue??? Why would a new $60K vehicle need a fix? We're not satisfied until you are "COMPLETELY SATISFIED" . Lots of talk no action. Steer clear of this dealer. They talk a good game but fail to deliver on all levels. More

I would give zero stars if possible. I spent hours putting a deal together. I told the sales person I would put a deposit down same day Thursday. He told me he would call if they had an interested party and I could put the deposit down immediately Thursday night. I told him it would be better if I could pick up Saturday morning. However; I would come Friday if I needed to. The sales person did not do as he said and sold the vehicle out from under my single parent daughter. Supposedly the vehicle sold 10 minutes before closing. Worse dealership I've ever worked with. More
I bought a used Jeep Wrangler on December 22,2022. I was told after everything was said and done that the 2nd Key was misplaced. Fine. I gave it a couple weeks, And it was never found. I came in on a Wed. to get a new key made and the key guy did not show up. I came in this Wed. and they told me they could not get ahold of him. Still No Key. REALLY??? So this is the way we run a Dealership. So today is January 19th, 2023. Still No Key. REALLY??? NEVER AGAIN !!!!! More

4 years ago i was very happy with Garber sales for the two new vehicles i purchased from them. Fast forward 4 years and the review is negatively turned 360. Having transmission/clutch issue with my 2018 c two new vehicles i purchased from them. Fast forward 4 years and the review is negatively turned 360. Having transmission/clutch issue with my 2018 cruze. Service could not determine the cause and therefore fix it (I have an extended warranty). Happy to pay the $165 diagnostic fee but where it went awry is Garber conveniently took 7 days to tell me they cannot determine the issue. That's 7 days of a "rental" loaner car where Garber charged me another $270 to my bill. And to top it off the costly loaner was dirty and smelled like an ash tray to which Garber stated they were sorry for the inconvenience. $435 later and the car still has the problem. If it were 1 to 3 days maximum to diagnose the vehicle would be reasonable and not had an issue paying the loaner "rental" fee but 7 days they held my car which I had to make three calls over 2 different days just to get an update and be told they do not know why the car is switching gears incorrectly. I could not be more unhappy with Garber's service and commitment to their customers. More
