My service rep is Adam. He's great. Does his best to keep me up to date on what my car needs as well as seeing if there's any coupons or ways to save money available at the He's great. Plus He's super friendly as are all the service reps there. They're all very kind, He's just my guy that I work with. The dealership is nice, clean, and modern. Love that they offer coffee, pop, and sometimes snacks while you're waiting for your car. I don't know why but for some reason everytime I go into a dealership I get hungry and those free snacks really make a difference. LOL! The mechanics are great. They don't leave my car all messy when they're done and my now 10 year old car sounds brand new when she's done with her service. Any time I've had to directly talk to one of the mechanics, they've always been super friendly, helpful, and clear on what's going on, what's needed now, and why, or if something can wait and for how long. Love this dealership's service department and I hope to continue hoing there for a long time. More

So far I’ve had my car 85 days total and I’ve had service transmission light on for 39 of it. I took it in to the service department on state st. They told me the shop there didn’t have the resources to trou transmission light on for 39 of it. I took it in to the service department on state st. They told me the shop there didn’t have the resources to troubleshoot my car. So they sent me over to jeep on Bay rd who then had me car for over 6 days and then told me I needed a full clutch replacement without even taking the clutch apart. Charged me $179 for diagnosis that was wrong. How I verified the diagnosis was wrong was taking it to another shop for a second opinion. In which a case clutch replacement was not needed and my clutch was verified as in great working condition in all gears and factors. So I give my experience and vehicle a 1 star. More
