I have leased my last 4 cars from Garber Buick. I thought the sales person Scott whom I leased the 3 previous cars with was exceptional, and he was but Donnie exceeded all of my expectations! He was persistent without being annoying and he knew exactly what I needed to hear to get me to entertain the idea of leasing a new car early. He was patient and friendly through the whole process. When I had a question he took the time to answer it thoroughly. He always returned my calls in a very timely manner and he not only car about me as a customer but as a person too. I always have anxiety when making a purchase but he made everything seem less and I feel went above and beyond. When picking up the car he took the time to go over everything to make sure I didn’t have any questions. He also called me to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. A few days after purchasing there was a defect with the windshield and Donnie put me in touch with e service dept making sure they would come down to Detroit pick up the car and gave me a loaner. Talk about customer service!!!! He checked up to make sure that I was ok with the loaner abd statuses me on my car along with the service team. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to lease or purchase. He has got the people and customer service skills needed to be one of your best sales agents! Keep up the good work Donnie, I’ll see you in 3 years for my next lease! More
