No heat I had no heat in a matter of one hour..went for working to no heat or fan blower. i called denial she said bring it in now and ill get fixed up.. i wa I had no heat in a matter of one hour..went for working to no heat or fan blower. i called denial she said bring it in now and ill get fixed up.. i was there in in 15 minutes..she had it brought in to look at at with in 3 minutes. fixed and out the door with in a couple hours...amazing..also the tech waited to take lunch and fix my car, thx. so the planed trip worked out and off i went..how can u beat that service..thx...bill More

My first Audi I was not looking forward to shopping for my next car. I stopped into the Audi showroom without an appointment. I was introduced to Dan. He was workin I was not looking forward to shopping for my next car. I stopped into the Audi showroom without an appointment. I was introduced to Dan. He was working with another person but made us feel welcome and set us up the test drive a car. I asked for him to send prices to my email..he did.. No pressure... which I really appreciated.
