I cant say enough about how kind everyone is there. I've bought 3 Porsches and 2 Audi's. However, the recent purchase of an Audi Q8 Etron has left a very different perspective in this operation. It's not entirely their fault, but they should stand behind the customer's challenges with a vehicle. The EV infrastructure in Rochester and all local cities is mis-advertised. I was sold a vehicle with the understanding that the network of chargers can manage travel effectively. I own a Tesla with absolutely no challenge....but the Audi can not be relied on at all for distance travel. A useless vehicle. DO NOT CONSIDER EV in Upstate NY, unless you want a locally driven car only. More
