Couldn't ask for more I bought a brand new Subaru Forester and had a factory auto-start put in. I didn't know before the purchase that everytime I used it - it automaticall I bought a brand new Subaru Forester and had a factory auto-start put in. I didn't know before the purchase that everytime I used it - it automatically locks the doors - and opened the door it would shut off the car. Also, rather than have one key, I would have a key and a big fob too. I went to service to ask what we could do to change it. I was talking to one of the service guys. After telling the story, I said I was very unhappy. The boss, Gregg Catandella, came out of his office to where we were talking and said he heard me say I was not happy and he wanted to know why and what about. I explained it to him and he immediately offered to have the factory auto-start removed and an after-market one installed that would do everything I wanted - only restart if I stepped on the brakes, and only the one key. He said it would all be done without any expense to me and gave me a courtesy car the day they did the work. I have never, ever, had an experience like this. I never had to raise my voice. I never had to settle. I never had to be unhappy. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was awake! More
Rip offs everywhere I purchased a preowned 2012 outback from Garavel in 2014. Since that time, every time i have returned to garavel I have either felt like I am being ri I purchased a preowned 2012 outback from Garavel in 2014. Since that time, every time i have returned to garavel I have either felt like I am being ripped off for services and/or met with a very fake "friendly" attitude. Aside from the obvious over charging of parts and services, I have been told one thing on the phone, then told something completely different when I arrive. Had appointments scheduled only to find out they actually wrpte in the wrong day/time. They act like they have it all together but in my opinion this place is a joke. More

Best Dealer Experience I have ever had I have owned several cars, from Ford, Honda, Audi and now a Subaru, and I have been to many dealers from each brand. Garavel Subaru exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in the door and one of the technicians opened the door for me as he was about to walk out, until I left on time, a couple hours later. The entire experience and atmosphere was relaxed, stress-free and actually enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable. There was no high-pressure sales pitch to purchase additional service for my 30K miles service. I explained what work I had done personally, and discussed my driving habits, miles driven per year, etc, and determined exactly what I needed done. The technician was friendly and actually took the time to listen to me and answer my questions on a couple warranty items. I never felt rushed by anyone, or that I was taking up too much of their time to answer my questions. Garavel is a long drive for me, and certainly not the closest dealer, but I am looking forward to brining my car back there for future work. it is well worth the trip More

I always have a great experience when I take my car in to be serviced at Garavel Subaru. Employees are friendly and recommend services once and are not "pushy" if I decide not to do the recommended service. be serviced at Garavel Subaru. For example, I declined to have my power steering fluid replaced while my car was in for a 30,000 mile service due to the amount of money I was spending on the major service. They also gave me a loaner car for the day so I was not inconvenienced while my car was in for service. More
The team is very customer centric. Service is fast and convenient. All of the service people I have met are friendly and helpful. The Service Manager has been very fair/helpful in working with me to address a chronic problem with the emission system in my car (nothing to do with the work of the dealer; a fluke mechanical issue with my car). Don explained and preformed exactly what was needed in order to get my Subaru running like it should again. The repair was much less costly then I thought when the issues first appeared.
