BEST customer service / GREAT experience My brother suggested and insisted that I go to Garavel to speak to Corey. I was already overwhelmed by the research of looking for a car and I definit My brother suggested and insisted that I go to Garavel to speak to Corey. I was already overwhelmed by the research of looking for a car and I definitely not looking forward to dealing with car salesman. But my brother left me in great hands. I've been to other dealers/brands and my experience at Garavel was definitely THE BEST of all. Corey listened and most importantly was not aggressive with the sale. Even when he was not available, he left me in good hands with a colleague. I was already sold on the brand because of its reputation but sometimes a bad shopping experience could ruin it all. Not at Garavel. Grateful for the experience and SUPER HAPPY with my Impreza. Oh, and I think the thank you card sent a couple days after I picked up my card really confirmed the fact that I made the right choice. Writing and sending a thank you card is first-class etiquette. Thumps Up for Garavel Subaru! I began my Subaru search at Garavel Subaru, because my dad had just purchased a Forester from them and had a great experience. I worked with Elvin DelValle and he was awesome. He was very welcoming the first day I came to look a the car (and my whole motley-crew of mom, dad and boyfriend). There was no pressure from him, it was relaxed and simply informative. Then Paul Albert went above and beyond to help me with costs and get out of my current lease with Nissan. For the final steps of buying the car, I met with Tom Nerreau from the financing team. He was laid back and didn't push too hard on extra warranties which I appreciated. I can't forget the sweet dog that hangs out under the desk. Her name escapes me, but she's truly a "friendly-giant". She just made me smile :) I would recommend Garavel Subaru to anyone. You guys rock and I love my Crosstreck! More

All of their used vehicles are incredibly clean- interiors detailed, engines steam cleaned, tires/wheels polished. They make all necessary repairs (and some pro-active repairs) before putting their cars out on the lot, and their pricing is very fair and competitive with all other regional dealerships. Elvin DelValle, the Certified Sales Consultant that assisted me with my purchase, was great. He was welcoming, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at. He answered all of my many questions honestly and completely so that I felt I was making an informed decision on my car. He and his team worked with me on pricing and even added on a generous warranty at no added cost (virtually unheard of when buying a used car). I drove off the lot feeling great about my purchase. My salesperson, Gary Baumann, figured out what I had paid 3 years ago and produced a better deal for me. The car was exactly what I was expecting. The paperwork was seamless and smooth and took far less time than at other Subaru dealerships I have dealt with in the area. And there was virtually none of the selling of added plans and services and packages that confuse you and slow the process down. I have been a Garavel customer for as long as I can remember. They have provided friendly, knowledgeable and respectful service every step of the way (although I've never had any problems with a Subaru, and this is my fourth). Above it all though, Gary stands out. Always friendly. Always helpful. And always respectful and supportive, no matter how dumb my question or request may be. And he went out of his way to get me a good deal. I'm moving out of state soon. But in three years, I'm coming back to Garavel to get my next Subaru. Gary and Rich (the Service Manager)have made me a Garavel customer for life. More
