After several visits to Norwalk service center, I was told that I had to take it to a body shop. I refuse to pay for a defective automobile. I am not responsible for the rear door not being aligned. I did not create the problem. Any rust in the rear cargo area after years of water leakage will be Subaru's problem. I am putting Subaru on notice. I am extremely disappointed in the dealership and the dealership owner, Paul Garavel. More

A+ experience! The best dealership! Highly recommend! I already knew and loved Subaru, having owned my previous Forester for the past 7 years, so I knew this was the car I wanted. What I wasn't sure about was which dealership I would work with to get my new Forester. Once I got to Garavel, I was instantly sure this was the right place. Everybody was very knowledgable and friendly. They worked to help me get the exact car I wanted at a price I was happy with. They also accommodated my complicated schedule with a young baby, full time job and the fact that my husband and I live in a different state from Connecticut. Elvin gave me his cellphone number so I could easily text him questions when they occurred to me and he called me back right away as well. Joe and Elvin were reachable by email easily as well. Miles and Tom are also really first rate-- they have a knack for explaining things simply and they work to get you happy with the all-important financial part of the transaction. We also love Miles' mastiff. She's gorgeous. You can't find a better car than a Subaru, and I really think you also can't find a better Subaru dealer than Garavel!
