Amazing Sales Experience, Poor Finance My sales experience at Norwalk Garavel with Gary Baumann was great, he was phenomenal. When I went into the dealership he had the keys ready for me to My sales experience at Norwalk Garavel with Gary Baumann was great, he was phenomenal. When I went into the dealership he had the keys ready for me to go look at the car. Being that this was my first time going into a dealership to buy a car on my own, I really like the fact that he went through everything with me step by step which I thought was really great! When I went in to pick up the car he took the time to help me set up my Bluetooth and answer any questions I had and even gave me the basics on driving a stick shift car. I can honesty say Gary's customer service was the best my family and I have ever experienced at a dealership! As for the finance I felt very rushed, and received a completely opposite attitude I received from sales. We were given optional extra warranties for the car which after turned down the tone of voice changed and we were told the same sales pitch about them another 3 or 4 times.When looking over my paperwork I saw there was an optional etching fee which I didn't want, when I stated that I didn't want that all I got back was attitude and smart remarks which I didn't find professional at all. Such as "if I didn't want to take the fee then I could cancel my deal and walk away". After a lot of back and forth and having to involve the Manager we got the deal done. Overall I'm very happy with my new car, and I would recommend Gary to any one looking to get a Subaru which is why I gave this dealership five stars but I would just warn them about the unprofessionalism with the finance. More
