Keith is absolutely the best. He meets all of the standards of customer service. Keith has always accommodated me over the past 10 yrs with my 2011 Jeep. When he is not in, it is a hard act to follow standards of customer service. Keith has always accommodated me over the past 10 yrs with my 2011 Jeep. We purchased our 2020 Jeep GC from Garavel in Norwalk in November 2019. While the salesman we worked with was very good the service department has been absolutely deplorable. The car was having AC issues so November 2019. While the salesman we worked with was very good the service department has been absolutely deplorable. The car was having AC issues so I made the appt. which took 3 weeks to get, dropped the car off on Monday afternoon as requested by them so they could work on it Tuesday. The drop off process was the first issue. The tech taking my info could not seem to grasp what the issue was with the car and I had to keep repeating it. "The AC stops working after approx. a half hour of use and the fan or a belt is making a a screeching noise". Not sure why that's hard to comprehend? They called me Tuesday to say they'd need the car for a couple of days as they think they know what the issue is. My response "OK that's fine so I'll be without a car until Wednesday? Do you have a courtesy car I can use while my car is with you?" Their response, "No we don't have any available" I called them Wednesday at noon for status of repairs and ETA for pick up and was told by Dave, who is apparently also the service manager, that they were all out for lunch and he'd have someone call me back. Never got a call back. My husband called them Thursday at 3pm and was told that they were all with customers and someone would call me back. Again, no return call. Here we are on Friday at 9am calling them AGAIN to get the status of our car which was left with them Monday afternoon. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Prior to buying the Jeep I dealt with Honda of Westport who's service department is absolutely exceptional and run with the knowledge that their customers are the most important part of their business. To go from that to Garavel and their service department who treats customers as if we're an inconvenience and they're doing us a favor? No thank you. I'm done with Garavel. I will NEVER purchase another car from Garavel and will be taking to social media to make sure their lack of communication, failure to return phone calls and treatment of customers as if they're doing us a favor is outrageous. More
