I went to this dealer to service my Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel. Michelle was very friendly and they made every effort to expedite the water pump repair so I don't miss a very important appointment. My '12 Overland was experiencing major issues with the Quadra Lift system (stuck in "park" mode and would not raise up). First thing this morning I took it to Georgetown Jeep and despite not having a sche Quadra Lift system (stuck in "park" mode and would not raise up). First thing this morning I took it to Georgetown Jeep and despite not having a scheduled appointment I was taken care of quickly and professionally. Christa checked me in and I spoke with the mechanic Fred who assessed the situation and got the car on a lift to inspect it. Shortly thereafter he explained the diagnosis (loose tube to the compressor that operates the suspension system) and the steps he would take to fix the problem. Literally just over an hour later I was back on the road with my Jeep driving like new! The entire service team at Georgetown is great but special merit goes to Christa, Keith and Fred - thanks! :) More

Keith and Ramon were very very helpful and polite. My experience was great and once the part arrived my car was ready very quickly. They do a great job and they are definately fair because my price was cheaper than what I was told at first because there was less work than originally thought. They could have charged me and never told me they did less work but they didn't. That is just one of the many reasons why I will bring my car here in the future.
