I visited the Georgetown dealership to enquire as how to remove the soft top (which upon purchase came packed under the hardtop hindering access to the rear of the vehicle)of my Jeep. Upon returning the next day, Michelle greeted me with knowledge of who I was and promptly processed the paper work with friendliness, politeness, and efficiency. While waiting for my vehicle, Michelle had to handle a difficult elderly customer. She was polite, patient, and informative.
